SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Please allow up to 7 business days for the items to arrive after date of shipping.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.  We use UPS Ground as the carrier and shipping costs are determined by weight.   

RETURNS:

Please inspect all packages (in the drivers presence if possible), immediately upon receipt.  Have the driver note any damages on the shipping documents before signing them.  If undetected damage is discovered after the driver has gone, notify Soy Candles, IE immediately.  Please be sure to retain all packaging materials as the shipping carrier may want to inspect.  If shipping materials are discarded, we cannot be held responsible for declined claims.  We must be notified within 5 business days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.  Paypal is a free service to you and opening a Paypal account is not required.
